ND will not go to a Conference until it's the only way to the playoff.


HOO86 is spot on, not much will happen for expansion for anybody until the TV Contracts expire around 2023. There will maybe at best be some leaks about who is going where, although the ACC did a great job the last few times of preventing leaks.

PS The GOR's are a little later, but the TV Contracts will over rule the GOR's.
